I oscillate between a Sansui TU-9000, Pioneer TX-9500 II, and a McIntosh MR7300 for tuners in my 2 ch. setup. The Mac sound beats 'em all though. For DXing, the Sansui is best. Also use an "old" Yamaha R-900 when I'm feeling a little quirky....
