Yamaha RX V660Sub Woofer Connection

Sub Woofer Connection?I'm looking at purchasing a Sub Woofer for my Yamaha RX V660 can any tell me how I'd connect this device as the Amp does not have a "Sub Out" socket. Any Ideas?

If the receiver/amp has pre-amp outputs you can use these (RCA level) or you can always run it speaker level (first to sub, then from sub to speakers). Or, you can use the A/B speaker outputs and run your speakers off one and your sub off the other (if you don't want to use the sub's high-pass crossover). As you can see, you still have plenty of options.

Without a sub-out on your amp, you need to run the speaker output to your sub "speaker level in", then "speaker level out" on the sub to your speakers. The crossover on the sub will send to the speakers only those frequencies the sub is not handling.
