In my usual serious vein ...

My favorite cheese are these:

• Jarlsberg Norwegian
• Oka abbey-produced, non-pasteurized Canadian
• Balderson Canadian Cheddar

Unfortunately I can't eat much cheese anymore because of my need to avoid saturated and trans fats.
...

That Balderson Chedder is smoooooooooth. The old stuff that we buy at Christmas is usually Balderson.
