    S-Video or composite to VGA or DVI?

    I'd like to connect my receiver to a screen that only has DVI and VGA inputs. The receiver, however, only has an S-Video, composite and optical outs. Does a converter between these formats exist?

    yes, i've seen dvi to composite cables . if you can't find one online i can scrounge one up at work. otherwise there is: http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/PC-TV_GHV-1000.html (converter boxes) and http://www.pacificcable.com/DVI.htm (cables). hope this helped

    and you'll need a male vga/dvi connector
