    Cambridge Audio D500SE

    Hi,
I have been looking at the CA D500SE cd player and just wondered what you guys thought of this player, i have read many good reviews. I have the opportunity to pick one up on audiogon for $230 includding shipping, do you think this is a good price? It is in 9/10 condition. This player will go to a ROTEL RA 1060 and Dynaudio audience 52's if that helps at all. Anyways thanks for the help.

For 299.00 if not cheaper you could get a NAD C521BEE or Marantz CD5400. Both are exceptional players for the money and would be right up there with the Cambridge if not beat it. Plus you would get the warranty which is an extra piece of mind. Just a thought.
