I mean the know they are part of a test, maybe they will think that they are expected to hear or not hear a difference. Use indentical CD's; either burn them, or as I do, get them for a family member who works in a recording studio. Now use multiple interconnects form different manufacturers. Amazingly, one remote can work multiple Cd players simultaneously. Simple, very simple, and not that time consuming. Now since you seem to now what is valid scientifically, I guess, set up the test in any way you seem fit. What do you have to loose?
