Find some used "New England" sound speakers from Acoustic Research, Advent, EPI, KLH, etc. with refoamed woofers. I use a double pair of Advents.

All my speakers are used from various places. You can get great vintage speaks cheap on the Bay or Craigslist if you're lucky.
