Peep who has Studio Series

I would like to know how many peep who has the JBL Studio Series would have the grilles off or on them. I am woudering if most peep have there grilles on or off on the original Studio Series from JBL.

I am asking about the JBL Studio Series the first series one not the MK2 version.

Im assuming you mean the studio II's the silver ones, not the old copper ones? anyone i have the studio II's, grills are off of them about 90% of the time, the only time i put them on when i have little kids coming over, or people that are accident prone ;-) by the way how do you like your jbl's?? if you are interested i should show you a pic of how i have them set up in my room.

Actually I have the copper colored ones I am using but do you think I should have the grille to make it sound better and look more pro?

Its all a matter of personal opinion. I dont think just becuase you have the grills off makes it look unprofessinal at all. I almost ALWAYS prefer to have the grills off, and any speaker. There are few speakers that i really dont like the look of with the grills off. BUt thats just my opinion.

I actualy discovered it sounds 10 times better when the grilles are off. so i will keep them off.
