I almost didn't put together a year-ender for 2012. However, I still go back to my own years past, as well as those of other RRers. This would be my 7th annual and I don't really want to break the streak.

This is a nice and mellow listen. I tend to listen to these compilations as albums and not as piles of singles. There were a couple tracks I thought about putting on here (e.g. I've Seen Footage by the Death Grips) but they just didn't sound right in this context. Plus, they ended up on the DOOMED comps anyway and they sound better there -- Doomed...all doomed and Less doomed…but still possibly doomed.

Thanks. I'll d/l later, when I'm home. 2012 has been a bit of a crappy year for me musically. Not that it's been all crappy music...just a very busy and stressful year and not a lot of time to spend focusing on new tunes. I'm looking forward to this comp. Other than the Andrew Bird, I haven't heard any of those tunes.

Let me know you you (or anyone else) is having mediafire problems. It's been a while and these sites seem to constantly change their policies. Didn't know registration was now required.

The apple lossless link is on dropbox and will be up for a few days until I need to reclaim the space. You can always convert it to whatever.

The first two flac parts are bigger than the others. If the mp3 link works but the flac1 and flac2 parts don't then it's likely a size issue and I can fix that.
