pick up HAPPY HEAD and it includes the OUT OF HAND ep.. can't go wrong with that.. lots of classic tunes. Easy to miss if you weren't "there" at the time because they kind of disappeared.

I think Stone is a big fan.

I'm stunned...because I played this in the car just a couple of days ago and was thinking about posting about it. Great sound, especially LOUD. The drumming really stands out to me.

Yeah, kinda. I think I have every full-length they did, plus the Out of Hand EP. I second the nod to Happy Head, then I'd get Laughter, which has some great songs, but the production is slicker (and less to my liking) than World Without End. Sound and Ricochet are pretty spotty. At the end of the day, I think World Without End is by far the most consistent of their releases, but they definitely put out some other good stuff too.
And the world will turn to flowing pink vapor stew.

    yep, I was there

I have that CD in my car right now, the first time I ever heard of them is when they opened for the Chameleons abck in the 80's during the Chameleons 1st US tour. There were very very cool, a lot like E & B-men, some of their later stuff blew big time though...
