    Time to start preparations...
For the next post count milestone party! Who could it be? I'll give you a hint: He's recently been refered to as "Penguin guy".

Excellent! I don't know who Penguin Guy is, but I finally have my guacamole recipe down pat. And, I've learned to make a killer Mohito.

    Bring it on!

Good. I love guacamole. (And not to be selfish... everybody else can have some too) :biggrin5:
This may sound ironic, but, whattsa Mohito?

A mohito is a delicious summer drink. I believe that its origins may come from Cuba, which might explain why, as an American, you are not familiar with this tasty, tasty treat.

It's basically lots of fresh mint and fresh lime juice, a little bit of sugar, bitters, rum and soda water. It's very refreshing on a hot day.

Rich and FA 6,000 posts will be a reason to party. I am looking forward to a Mohito and trying your guacamole. Since the drink is Cuban maybe we can light up some Cuban Cohibas to smoke while enjoying the cool drink. Good cigars and good company. Do not forget to invite penguin man.

Ha! That was pretty funny. But does it count if you pad your post count by egging someone on?

How could I have not known who "penguin guy" was? Just shows how little attention I pay to avatars.

When you have some time you should do a search on pixelthis, include about 4 months of posts and read some of his outrageousness. At first I'd get angry, but then after awhile I got use to it. He certainly has a way with words.

And yeah, if we can get Kex & Pix locked in a heated debate we'll be partying in no time! I do think we should wait 'til PeruvianSkies gets back from the North Pole though...

When GMichael finally wakes up ( ) and realizes we're in the early planning stages he'll be put in charge of invitations.

Cuban cigars? Cuban drinks? I don't know, G dubya may not like all these cuban luxuries coming into the country. Better keep that stuff under your hat. :skep:

Invitations again?! (stops foot like a spoiled teenaged girl) But I'm tired of doing the invitations. Can't I be the bartender this time? I promise not to taste every drink before serving them this time.

Yeah me too. That picture was taken up at a friend's cottage in Quebec, on the St. Lawrence River. Actually, the cottage belongs to the now ex-boyfriend of the friend, so it's not likely that I'll be seeing that tree again. :(

I added the colours in the background to make it look more like twilight. I'm not sure if that comes out in the small thumbprint.

You can share bartender duties with FA's piece on the side under two conditions: You have to bring Eva to the party and, none of that crazy concoction like you brewed up at the last party. I'm still seeing double every once-in-a-while.

Can I bring Jessica too? She says that I keep leaving her out. I don't want her to think I don't care.

OK, no more crazy concoctions like last time (fingers crossed behind my back).

I miss Quebec City. I will not be visiting this year. I must have lived there in a past life. I feel so alive when I am walking in the old walled city.

You don't bite? Eva won't like that.
Besides, why would FA care? She never even returned the bar tender.

Not at all bobsticks. In fact, will you please go chop down some trees? We''ll need firewood for the weenie roast.

Not sure, but I don't think Kex stops here at the silly post club much. We'll fix that when the time comes though.

Hey! No tree chopping. I love trees. Think I'll go hug one now. It was a great song too.:ihih:

Well, I guess Duraflame logs will work then.

BTW, I tend to get carried away when I start biting. One thing leads to another, and then I start choking...

Dear sweet ForeverAutumn, at this point I've had too many glasses of Sherry and too many shots of Chocolate Liquore to respond with the grace, respect and dignity you deserve to your post in my VH1 thread, but I promise you I'll choose my words very carefully before I say anything in the morning.

    Take care. Stay safe. -Rich
