I couldn't find this cartoon online yet, so I scanned it in from the 1/4 edition of The Richmond Times-Dispatch. It is by Robert Ariail and more of his work can be seen at:

The scan from newspaper obviously produces a subquality image and the fact that I provide the name of the creator and other information crediting (thereby promoting) his handiwork should hopefully circumvent any problems with copyright protection. Chris, feel free to delete if you believe that it doesn't.
