    Sticks is pretty sure that Bernd has dogs older than that...and is positive that Bert isn't really 18 but, in fact, is using a fake ID from Hawaii.

    Sir T agree's with Sticks observation, but believes the fake ID is a New York ID purchased from a vendor in Skinectity or Horse Head New York.
