    Bye Bye Sony Walkman. Thanks for all the good times.

    Sony announced that it has ceased production of cassette Walkmans, first introduced in 1979.

    So now will they be coveted as "vintage"? I think I wil start scouring thrift shops just in case. Oh look at that, first shop I went in and I now have 15 Walkmans...I'm rich!!

    I was so excited when i finally got a walkman with a 3 band graphic equalizer...put my other ones to shame.
