I see you failed to mention what this 'highly successful' business of yours is.

I might have 'mental issues' but at least I have enough sense to order the correct cable I need the first time around.....and also enough sense not to expect someone else to pay for my mistakes.

TigerDirect Ripoff-Beware--I use to think that Tigerdirect was a great firm to deal with until I tried to return a $35 unopened DVI to HDMI cable that was shipped to my home, I waited on hold for 25
minutes for return procedures. When someone finally picked up the phone they said
"sure we'll take it back but there is a 15% restocking fee, they will not refund my $9
shipping cost + I would have to pay the $ cost to ship it back". My response"in otherwords
you are telling me to keep the cable" she responded "that is up to you".
Does anyone really "care" anymore, consumers be damned attitude from these massive
firms make me sick.No more purchases from these guys.

I'm not sure about dementia, I'm guessing bipolar disorder.
