"The Howling" is one of if not my fave Werewolf movie with "Dog Soldiers" right behind. It was bright, funny, scary and witty and has the greatest werewolf transformation sequence ever filmed and that includes the awful dog thing from "An American Werewolf in London". I really lloved that film. The sequel with Christopher Lee is as absolute nightmarish mish mash of softcore porn and rank stupidity. Never has a more promising franchise been so thoroughly and completely destroyed by hacks. All that is bad with Hollywood, wrapped in one big stinkin' pile o' dung.
