...and just to be clear so there are no excuses:

    1) I don't care that you're gay
    2) I don't care that you're limited
    3) I don't disrespect you because you're on a budget
    4) I don't have a problem with you trying to be involved with this site, in fact I commend you on finding the correct category to post your threads on computer speakers...

...but what drives me crazy is your refusal to think before you type something. I understand that technological advancement is rapid but things don't change in a matter of hours. They just don't. Something is not "the best" and then 16 hours later something else is the best just 'cause you got a ride to Best Buy (see, I was so irritated on the other post I couldn't even add).

What if one of the readers was interested in computer speakers and read your posts? They'd be as confused and indecisive as you are. Clearly and unenviable position.

I'm gonna tell a story Dallas and I want you to read it. My company is very involved in community service and I try to stay involved. It keeps me grounded and reminds of the times that I was not so fortunate and it was through these activities that I met a girl named Kimmie. Kimmie is probably close to fifty years old with the IQ of a 5th grader, in addition to being severely physically handicapped. I'm saying she has a hard time making up stairs. This little woman gets on the bus several times a week and goes to her job at a restaurant where she rolls silverware. Through these efforts she earns extra money to buy extra things she likes, most notably toys.

I have almost nothing in common with her but I respect her nonetheless. Obviously she is taking action to keep busy, involve herself with other people and to get things to make her freetime more pleasurable. To the best of her abilities she speaks with a passion about her passtimes and values everything that she has, both given and earned.

You could be like this Dallas. Trust me, you are far less limited than many people and if you wanted you could go out and earn enough to buy a decent introductory system of which many would be proud. I'm saying be more like Kimmie. Evidently you are at least halfway there.
Wow! I must have missed something somewhere. The only point above that I was aware of is that he is Gay. It IS a required field to fill out in your profile, you know. Must we all say Heterosexual in ours?

I understood "Budget" but had no idea the budget was the same $50 he got for his birthday 5 years ago.

Other than spelling, he's not all that slow. Like said before, he has enough to put together a website and Forums. Mr. Pinky may not think so but that's another issue.

By the way, banning him is out of the question. This part of Audio Review Forums has the most traffic because of SVI. Maybe we should get him posting over at Deadsville Rave Recordings. Someone has got to be into Bass busters.

Interesting, because I look at it from completely the opposite viewpoint Ajani. I think we have all the evidence in the world but it would be absolutely no fun to ban Spanky.

There is one set of speakers that I haven't returned for at least 5 months and that's the Cyber Acoustics CA-3000 PC speakers since I like how they sound alot too. They are very affordable and have great sound.

But I did notice that when I change the volume on the speakers it is starting to make a distortion type of sound so I think I might soon need to get another set of these soon. I use them alot so they get worn out fast I think but some in the past did last longer than others but it all depends.

if your speaker dies after 5 months of use, you have a bad speaker. Period.

It still works fine but it just makes some noise when I turn up or down the volume. I might of got a defective set of speakers from the first place since the other set of these I had a while back didn't do this until it was like few years at least. The other set that lasts for a long time was the Altec Lansing BXR1120 or the BXR1121. They both lasted at least few years meaning most lasted longer than that. I had the Altec Lansing BXR1120 and the BXR1121 way before the Cyber Acoustics and they lasted long time too. But the set of Cyber Acoustics CA-3000 I had before my current one also lasted long time too. So I did actualy had speakers for long time. So not all speakers I returned and traded many times.

Here are some pics of the new updated Cyber Acoustics CA-3000 PC speakers. It seems since last few years they made some improvements so that's good. I got these for $20.99. Normaly they cost $24.99 at other stores but at K-Mart they had them for $20.99. Also I got a 1 year replacement plan at K-Mart and that only costed $2.99.
