    What cable should I buy

    I'm new to HTS and not an electroncs whiz. I'm building an entry level HTS and I just got a new entry level reciever harman kardon AVR325.
    What kind of speaker cables should I get. I don't want to spend Thous$$$$$$ of dollars. Please post website.
    What does the term interconections mean?

    Usually generic 12 Guage speaker wire will work fine from Home Depot,, Radioshack, Target etc.. $.30/ft is a good price.

    Interconnects are the cables that connect separate pieces of powered equipment like DVD to Reciever.
    Here is what one lookes like:

    same thing for you some from ratshack or wallmart just make sure they are gold plated or tipped.
