    Steely Dan's ode to cables

    Rikki, don't lose that zipcord
you don't wanna listen to nothin else.
Put it all in your system by yourself.

    Rikki, don't lose that zipcord,
it's the only stuff you own.
You might use it and you'll feel better
    when you get home.

All apologies to ***en and the other fella!

Spending money on cables though is what some people desire

But I think some just suffer from cable envy !
I doubt it! But since you spout it maybe it is you who is full of envy. Because I sure as hell know that is is not me! Penis envy maybe, but the again I'm am not from Venus! I'm more than happy with what I own, so I'll let you cast the stone!

    Talking Cable Envy

It's ok to have cable envy. The problem is when you play with your cables. Say you start out with Audioquest Kilamanjaro. Play with it too much and it turns into Kimber 8TC. If you don't stop, it then becomes Nordost Valhalla. Then you go blind.

There are worse ways of going blind! Since Kilamanjaro is a valcano, at least I remember it being one, should not they be the last cable before going blind?
