    integrated with input selectors

I've got a second bedroom project where I'm looking for an inexpensive mid-power integrated amp where the case is not wide, but the amp still has at least two inputs with a selector knob.

There are a number available that would be perfect (Yulong, HLLY, Muse) in terms of size and power, but they all seem to have only one set of line inputs.

Anyone know of a 40 to 50 watt/channel digital amp that fits the size description but has an input selector?

AudioSource AMP 100 has two automatically switching inputs and 50 watts. One input has priority over the other if the amp detects signals from both sources. It doesn't really sound like 50 watts as compared to some of the higher quality amps, though.

You can always buy a line level selector switcher and run it into the amp so that you can connect multiple sources. Niles audio makes some of these that are current sensing and will automatically switch.

I like blackraven's idea, but I thought I'd also add something that appears to do a nice job with the physical dimensions...the Pro-Ject Stereo Box and Pro-Ject Amp Box:

I think they're over $300 per box, so my own checkbook would be a little leery.

Thanks for the ideas. I was really hoping to avoid a separate selector box, though.

I'll take a look at the Audiosource amp. I'm also going to check the used market, but was hoping to find a T-Amp or similar digital amp since they can be left on continuously due to the ultra low power consumption at idle.

They can be had for $349. Neat little units indeed.

The AudioSource amp is in a standby mode until it detects a signal. It would have the ultra low power consumption at idle. There's a switch on the back to override that, but I haven't tried it.
