Before answering your question, please allow me to ask you this.
Outside of gears you found, what audio gears do you have/own?
Hook'em up and see if you love how they sound. If not, maybe give'em to someone who loves music but only has a boombox. As an Audio Enthusiast, I have to say that is the best approach you can take. Sometimes it's about sharing.
