    Well I do know about the Control 1's alot and according to the inside the tweeters size and shape is the exact same and I like the poly domes better then titanium. I just wanted to know that if it's ok to change them since they both came from the control 1 series and one is just a older model and one is newer and the older one is the control 1 that pros use.

    No, it is not ok. The crossover points are different and as such you may damage a tweeter that was designed to be crossed at 6k by putting it into a circuit that is crossed at 4k. Conversely, if you put a tweeter designed to be crossed at 4k into a circuit that is crossed at 6k you will have a hole in the frequency response as the new tweeter is not capable of a response low enough to reach the crossover point.

    You do not arbitrarily go changing drivers from box to box. There is a tremendous amount of engineering that goes into making a complete speaker system.

    Of course, all of what I said above is moot as they are your speakers and you can do whatever you like. But it will sound worse than it now does and you will probably end up damaging something.
