Speaker Help

I have a pair of MCS speakers from the 80's. I blew this out




I imagine it's my Tweeter. The back of it says 63913004. What style is this? Where can I buy a replacement?

Check with partsexpress.com. It looks like a horn loaded piezo tweeter to me.

I wouldn't know where to start searching... brands?... how much should i pay for a replacement part for this type of speaker?


2 1/2" tall, 1 3/4" wide.

the tech(s) at partsexpress are quite helpful and more than willing to answer questions so that you end up with what you need and informed too boot. Another source to try would be simplyspeakers.com they sell reform kits and replacement speakers for older speakers like jbl, advent and such so they may be of help also. Or maybe its time to treat yourself to some new speakers hmmm.
