    "New" speakers Polk Monitor 10B

Thought I'd update the age of my speakers about a decade by adding this pair of Polk Monitor 10B's. It was a win/win situation as the owner was looking for a power amp and a TT so I traded him a Kenwood M1 and a Technics SL 210 TT straight up for the Polks. I managed to get a good deal on the M1 and SL210 so my actual cash outlay for the Polks was about less than half the going price.

Very impressed with their sound. Very good highs and bass with the passive radiators is surprisingly detailed. Looks like I will be breaking up the "Speaker Wall" and maybe reduce it to just the KLH 5's and the Polk's.

Those look awesome. Unless you need them, I would leave those covers off. Cool looking....
