What ever you do, don't buy the Dayton. I have too much respect for that company to unleash you upon them. You clearly have no intent of ever hanging on to any speaker longer than the seller's return policy allots. You will invariably return the Dayton, ending up costing that company money and wasting everyones' time. You claim to buy speakers, but you merely "rent" them when you return them because you had no intention on keeping them in the first place, which is an abuse of generous return policies such as Daytons.

Here's a greenie for your troubles. What is it about Spanky that gets some of the old timers out from under their respective rocks?

Grrrr. I think its the uncanny mix of classic troll techniques ("I'm just asking questions, guys."), refusal to actually take any advice, and Aspberger's tendencies. I was always firm in my resolve that he was a troll taking the piss out of everyone. But after this much time and all the photos, my resolve is wearing thin.

Your 'monitor' speakers don't even have tweeters and you're worried about a subwoofer?? I'd replace those monitors with a 2-way before I did anything. You're getting crap sound from just having that midrange driver.
