    Talking TDK MA-XG Metal tapes?

I just recieved some of these tapes today that i purchased on ebay (Killer Tapes) and i noticed that on a couple of the tapes it say's "FERMO" in gold letters and on the rest it say's the normal MA-XG in gold letters, does anyone know what "FERMO" means and why some say FERMO on them and some just say MA-XG?Just curious,Thanks..Keith H.

I am stretching my memory on this one, but I think the FERMO was the marketing tag for Ferrous Metal Oxide (the particles(?) that make up the actual tape). ...or something like that.

Not sure why some would have it and some not unless there was a cosmetic change inbetween model years.
