Probably, but one should pay less attention to the materials used in drivers and more on the actual sound. There are too many stone-aged stereotypes about certain woofers of this material, or certain tweeters of that material "being known" for certain problems, characteristics, etc...
Today's designers have no problem building great drivers out of pretty much anything.

Besides, I doubt you could take anybody, put them in a room, blind fold them, and tell them to distinguish between aluminum, textile, and titanium tweeters.

So do you think it doesnt matter on what meteral that a woofer or a tweeter or mid range is made from? I thought its important to have good meteral to make good sound. Like pro sound.

No, I wouldn't say it doesn't matter...there are certain advantages to different materials, but each driver can be designed such that any deficiencies are compensated for. I'd say choice of material contributes no more than 10% to the sound quality of a driver, but the marketing departments like to hype that they have fancy synthetic materials with supposed benefits. From what I've read, shape and, coils, magnets, etc, have far more impact, but are much harder to explain.

Fostex makes some incredible woofers out of paper that would put hundreds of other designs to shame. Nothing fancy about paper. Of course, they aren't cheap.

    I've never hear wood speakers...
Material isn't unimportant...but my point is you can take two aluminum drivers of the same cost...one might sound great, the other horrible...material itself doesn't guarantee anything.

    Cool

Only the woofer cones are wood on these that I heard. They were thin wood cones and they sounded very natural sound. I was supprised.
