Wanted, Opinions on where "Queen" Rates?

Never been a fan, never owned an album. Just no interest whatsoever. I always thought they were kinda infantile and garish. I prefer my glamrock a little classier and lower key, like Be Bop Deluxe or Roxy Music.

But I understand their place in R&R history. The high place they hold in pop culture is undeniable.

Agree 100% and add David Bowie/Ziggy & T. Rex to groups I like more that Queen.

I have NEVER owned a Queen CD, LP or 45, BUTT. I do own a copy of their Bicycle Race Poster, anyone else have one or know what I am talking about (if you don't you REALLY should ask....)?

I had a friend that owned a bike shop back in the day and that poster hung in his shop (where customers couldn't see it, natch). It was a beautiful thing.

But I figured I didn't want to get banned from the forum. Naturally that would make a great album cover art. Hey those are good looking women on those bikes and certainly not exactly fat bottomed girls.
