No Manufactured in Japan but the cover was printed in USA it has a Pic Of Angus Young on it.

Either way, I'm just wondering why it matters that the picture of the release that Slosh posted as the original pressing was not issued in the US.

It sounds like your disk is not from the US. Therefore, if Slosh is correct about the original pressing and your disk doesn't look like that, then I think that we can assume your's is not an original.
