Actually, the Creative Nomad Jukebox 3 has like three different battery choices, one of which is AA's, I believe.

I got mine direct from Creative off of their eBay store.

My friend swapped an 80G drive into his. Apparently, it's a straightforward enough operation; I just haven't done mine myself yet. I'm a 20G person...for now. Even though I load whole albums (in some cases, whole oeuvres), I just don't listen to it that much. But starting Monday, I'll be riding the Metro, so that will probably change.

Yeah, that song goes through my head a lot when I do that.

Except I don't remember a soldier sleeping next to me. But I do remember searching for the perfect words...

Wait...don't answer that...I'm not sure that I want to know.

Let's just say it's along the lines of today's Britney Spears, NSync, etc.

Doh! I told you that I didn't want to know!

I hear ya sister. If I told you the teenybopper bands that I used to listen to...well...let's just say that it's not a phase of my life that I'm particularly proud of. Thankfully I had older brothers to eventually show me the musical way.

Well, I listen to Pink and Kylie Minogue and even the occasional Shania Twain, and I still think most rap is "worse" (I.E. not for me).

From Mini to Photo in one easy bound

I never thought I would mess around with one of these things. I went ahead and bought a Mini in late December. By late April I had the iPod Photo 30gb.

3,856 songs so far! About half full not counting the album art I now store on the iPod and a few personal photos.
