MusicMatch is just fine. I switched to iTunes because I found out that you can transport everything* pretty easily and I THOUGHT iTunes might be better, but the 2 are very similar so you are fine.

I like the iTunes music store more BUT I haven't looked at MusicMatch in a while and I would guess they keep up to speed with iTunes.

*the songs I had purchased from MusicMatch didn't transfer. Luckily this was only 6 songs and I had burned them onto a cd before I did the transfer.
I.E. If you bought a lot of songs on MusicMatch, keep this in mind if you are thinking of switching to iTunes.

One more warning... the iTunes music store can be addictive. When a song is in front of your face and all you have to do is click a button and it's yours for $1.... it's tempting. I have probably spent more money on iTunes in a month than I'd spend on cds in several months.
