I don't like dance or techno and a lot of the lists out there are heavy on those genres. Here are the first few songs on my current list of good songs to run to:

    1. Check Yes Juliet We the Kings
    2. Henrietta The Fratellis
    3. Time Bomb Old 97s
    4. I'm Not OK My Chemical Romance
    5. Maureen Fountains of Wayne
    6. For The Girl The Fratellis
    7. Dead My Chemical Romance

I need to add Los Campesinos: 'You! Me! Dance!' Or '2007, the Year Punk Rock Broke My Heart' being spun right now by David Dye on the World Cafe.

    Hey Suki,

Welcome to the forum. Given that you like Olds 97 you should be able to pick up alot of good suggestions in the rockabilly and alt-country genres around this place, although not all of it is as upbeat as might befit a collection of "workout tunes".

I'm likin' some reggae myself, especially at this time of year.

    Peace

PS. Hey, does anyone know where I could get some great Euro Club Tunes? I'm kinda sick of all the standard Rock/Hip-Hop.

So, I broke into the palace
With a sponge and a rusty spanner
She said : "Eh, I know you, and you cannot sing"
I said : "That's nothing - you should hear me play piano"

If I find out you'll be the first...
I didn't change my mind. It changed all by itself.

Just wondering why my search of 'Los Campesinos! got me to this thread.
I call my bathroom Jim instead of John so I can tell people that I go to the Jim first thing every morning.

If you say the word 'gullible' very slowly it sounds just like oranges.

Shoot! This site used to highlight whatever you searched, so if it showed up once or fifty times, it made it easy to find. I scanned through each post and just missed that.

    Cool

You can try the background music for fitness, for example, . I use this background music for my fitness. Background music makes you concentrate on fitness.
