I think that's a good list. Just out of curiosity are you M or F? This is not a post meant to test people...there are no right or wrong selections and I am sure once you got on the Island with that 'perfect 10' that you would be like...'why the heck did I bring this?" and end up using it to chop up fish that you caught with your bare hands.

Aww, I'm blushing. I should say that this new record is some distance ahead of their last full-length and even the 7" between in terms of accomplishment. The first two you could appreciate while secretly knowing you enjoyed their live shows more, passing them on to friends with apologies for the production values and general amateurness... but this one I feel confident passing around with no reservations whatsoever. It's a great record. Slosh, if you won't let me send you this, then please buy it yrself... modern-radio.com.

Keep adding to the list and taking away but always revert to the classic albums when I short list, tho this didn't help cause there is SO much.

These albums are some I still listen to so they have stood the test of time and can't see their appeal to me diminishing any time soon. I know some of you are thinking that my list was too easy but if I still listen to them I can listen a bit more till Gilligan brings Ginger to brighten things up.

    1) ZZ Top-Rio Grande Mud

    2) Alvin Lee -Pure Blues

    3) Supertramp-Crime Of The Century

    4) Stones-Sticky Fingers

    5) Queen-A Night At The Opera

    6) Floyd-Dark Side of the Moon

    7) Omar & the Howlers-Hard Times In The Land Of Plenty

    8) Lynyrd Skynyrd-Second Helping

    9) Zep III

    10) Beatles-Abby Road

    iPod's don't work on this island. I think it's Sawyer's fault.

I'll have to bring In The Aeroplane Over The Sea to the island with me as well since I'll need something to chop up fish I caught with my bare hands (and everything else). Kinda crude and uncivilized trying to chop fish with an mp3 player, nude. But I'm not telling you if I'm M or F.

Wow, great choice (not that the rest of your choices aren't), and a somewhat surprising one. That's an album I haven't listened to in far too long, and I need to get it out this weekend.

Are the cases bottles or cans? Either way we can use both. If it's cans we can use the aluminum for cooking things in later as well as making a sharp edge for cutting and perhaps killing wild animals. Likewise if they are bottles we can use that for boiling water to drink, use the glass for cutting and perhaps (if we get a fire going) we could make molotov cocktails and throw it at any perpetrator within a arms-throw distance.
