Albums of the Year...

2008 was pretty dull for me (musically speaking, that is). None of my favorites from this year would get into my top ten from last year. That said the new ones from Woven Hand, Calexico, Kid Dakota, The Notwist, Bonnie "Prince" Billy, Silver Jews, etc. are all decent enough; just nothing that made me step back and tell everybody you gotta hear this.

And speaking of The Seldom Seen Kid :rolleyes: maybe it's just me but I always think of Morphine whilst it's a spinning.
