1/4" adaptor

greeting to all.
does anybody know where I can get the orignal "unimatch" screw-on 1/4" plug adaptor that came with my SONY MDR-V6 headphones?? the sony parts people don't seem to have a listing, nor can I find it on their website.

uhh, you can just go to the 'shack and get one, they're cheap, and work very well (I use them)

or you could probably go to a local hifi shop that sells head phones and just ask for a 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch adaptor.

uuh duh, been using a generic adaptor for years, looking for the correct adaptor with the internal threads that screws onto the 1/8" plughttp://forums.audioreview.com/images/smilies/16.gif

thanks for the info. yes its kinda pricy but it makes the plug much stronger. and its cheaper at sony parts dept.
