    Stan, were the speaker stands supplied by Magnepan? When I purchased my 1.6's a couple of years ago, they just came with little metal feet type braces (not particularly fancy or sturdy).

    I'm glad you like them. I'm not the least bit tired of mine after a couple of years.

    No, these looked to be custom made. They are very nice hardwood base, with black painted rear supports. Then it came with sort of spikes as well.
