    Great job L.J.! Keep up the good work. I am also losing weight. I finally decided to take my diabetes seriously. Cutting out the quick converting carbs and sugar has helped me. I take two diabetes meds twice a day that I hope I can reduce or stop entirely. I would love not to do my finger sticks. Oh and if you love pasta try Dreamfields it has only 5 grams of digestible carbs. Very good for weight loss and diabetics.
