And no, I'm not single...let's not be spreading rumours now

FWIW, even before the format change, which I barely remember, I'm not sure anyone got above 3000 posts. Worf, Smokey, possibly Woochifer and just a handful of others here could probably verify though. I could be wrong. But the site wasn't around long enough, I don't think.
I don't know how some of you new guys keep up the torrent pace - but then I visit other forums where people have 10-20,0000 posts and my jaw drops. Now if you'll excuse me...

Have fun in the pool. Your wife is still singing kareoke with mine and Markw's wife.

Wife went to Australia for 8 months for school...

If your Yamaha has pre-outs for the channels, then yep...the lower models don't have those, but I believe the 60's and 90's do in the HTR line.

NO TEX. YOU DON'T HAVE PRE-OUTS..

    Sorry dude.

How was your swim Kex. You look like you are walking with a bit of a limp now.

    8 months with no wifee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife just got back from AZ visiting family for a week. No big deal, I went through most of the Star War series, pulled out my 2910 manual and messed with that for a bit. Spent a little time at Home Depot, ya know. She was back like that. But 8 months?

And, as usual, I'm late. Congrats, Kexs for hitting the big 6K! You have helped navigate quite a few folks through the audio/HT waters over the years with good advice. You'll have to excuse me, I'm gonna mingle for a while with the um, attendants lined up by GM.

Well, I got to see her 6 months in...and a very cheap trip to Melbourne and Sydney.
I was a young single bachelor as recently as 2000 so I didn't think it'd be that hard. Man, was I wrong. Didn't turn out to be the stag fest I thought it would. Oh well.

I just looked over the last page and didn't find even one pic. Whatever happened to my support? No one else is going to post with me?
    OK, one more from me.
Here's what's going on by the pool table. How else to chase down a few shots?

Guys, I think we should steer this party back to a more all-gender friendly one...

*Walks in. Notes Mike and LJ wondering why what that awful sound is from their sacd's on the Clearaudio TT. Scratches head...then sees both double fisting their drinks. Clarity ensues.*

Congrats Kex! Sorry I'm late to the party, but I've been out of town on business and now I'm leaving for another two weeks (vacation this time. Anybody in Seattle, let me know and we'll tip one back in honor of Kex). Your posts have been as instructional as they are entertaining and AR is all the better it. How can we ever forget our running dialogues with our misplaced little printer? I don't imagine I'll ever join you on the podium, but I think Mike might actually hit 6K in this thread alone!

And very intuitive as well. Notice how well she fits on my hand. And check out this feature. Bet your remote can't do that. Workes great in the dark too.
