This is where I took the little misses for Mamies day. It's a good thing that they post this on there website or we could have ended up eating a whole lot of salt. Luckly there are a few dishes that aren't AS BAD as the others.
Check out some of these sodium counts.!!!

Take a look at some of the carb numbers too. Keep in mind that 45 carbs is my max number for a whole meal.

GM, have you switched to Sea Salt? Most is unrefined and contains less pure sodium chloride.
So, I broke into the palace
With a sponge and a rusty spanner
She said : "Eh, I know you, and you cannot sing"
I said : "That's nothing - you should hear me play piano"

I don't use any salt. There is enough of it in most all foods already.

The biggest problem with most fried foods at the big chains is execution. Not suggesting properly fried food is the healthy choice, but poorly fried food is what gets us. Truth is, most all of us eat too much and exercise too little.

Does walking to my car each morning count as exercise?

Trans fats are the biggest problem. You're ahead if the chain you frequent fries in oil without it. BTW "vegitable oils" is no quarantee that it's free of trans fats.

I notice that after trans fat content had to be listed on the labels as it has been for a number of years in Canada), trans fat content fell like a stone. Apparently the food processors believed before that that what we didn't know wouldn't hurt us.

I think that they knew it would hurt us. They just didn't care as much about that as getting our money.
