"If you decide to use Tracphone, ABSOLUTELY DON'T!!!!!!!
We were trying to change service to another carrier from https://tracfone.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , and it took 3 days of mental stress trying to understand the ineffecient process, of back and forth time calls with customer service. They have extremely poor software, and you get routed to one department or another while holding for extensive periods of time. The reps are helpful but robotic, and they are human. But they will hang up if you try to clarify too long the issue."
