The 66th Tony Awards

Did anyone watch the Tony's? I call it a poor man's trip to Broadway. I saw several shows I would like to see and some musicals that I will want the soundtrack. I will be patient until the touring company comes to Columbus, Ohio.

I want to see the musical version of "Ghost" and "Once" looks interesting. I want to see the revival of "Godspel" but I have seen "Jesus Christ Superstar" many times so I may pass on it. Oh and I will not miss "Porgy and Bess". Wow I will be looking for recordings with Audra McDonald. She is incredible and I need to hear her voice. I know she will not be touring.

I could name more but I was wondering what others thought.

I had it on but was also doing other things so I didn't give the show the attention that I would have liked to. It's the only awards show that I watch. It did spur me to order the soundtrack for Book of Mormon, which is something that I've been meaning to do.

I love Neil Patrick Harris. I just want to hang out with him.
