But I do have quite a few SACDs. It that were my priority I'd to go for the BDP-83 anyway because only the '83 has DSD analog output. And if analog, then I'd probably feel compelled to go to the 'SE' version, (not Lexicon's ).
I DID go with the BDP-83. Which is why I love it's up-conversion talents so much. I salute Oppo for filling in the blanks on their product line, particularly since they've ceased regular DVD player production.
