I am going to order the Yamaha 2600 when they come out. I have a pioneer hdtv (533) with no HDMI and will order the Yamaha Dvd-s2500 with HDMI in the next day or so. From what I've read, the 2600 is superior in upscaling component from Hdmi which would really be great watching dvd's. Would there be an additional upscaling benefit from the 2600 watching direct tv with a Hdmi set top box? Your comments would be apprciated.
