Personally, I like the W3 from Axiom Audio (http://www.axiomaudio.com/wallspeakers.html) or if you have more money to spend, you might want to consider the ones I settled on, the Vienna Weberns (http://www.sumikoaudio.net/va/prod_webern.htm#spec), which also sound pretty incredible for on-wall speakers. Both will come with wall-mounting brackets and instructions.
