The 64W is a Canadian model using the 2004 HD3 chip, as opposed to the US 67W model using the new HD4 chip. That's about the size of it. You should be able to see the 64W on Samsung's Canadian website.

Both the HD3 and HD4 are budget chips, although TI claims improved contrast over HD2 models as well as a reduction in the screen-door effect, due to what the company dubs "smooth picture" technology. This smoothness is a function of TI's version of "wobulation," which uses diamond shaped, intersecting pixels to create a native resolution from half the usual number of vertical pixels. In the HD3's case, the resolution achieved is 1280 x720 (from 360); in the HD4's case, 1920x1080 (from 540).
