My cable (Comcast) has been cut off about couple of years, so for fun of it I connect my TV to cable outlet in my room to see if I can pick up anything. Surprisingly TV picked up 36 digital channels via TV's QAM tuner.

About 80% of local channels coming thru including the major network stations that are in HD. Also I get ARTS, University, NASA, RLTV, FOX Sport, weather Channel and couple of bulletin board channels. The channel numbers are kind of wierd and don't match up with channels shown, so have to guess what I'm watching.

The picture quality is pretty good, but must say that local channels via over the air look a bit better than on Cable, especially the ones that are in HD. And there is a bit of pixelation on SD channles that are not present when receiving them over the air.
