    Wink HDMI DVD Players

HDMI stands for High Definition Multimedia interface, which contains Video/Audio/Copy Protection. I have a Toshiba SD-5960 which has a HDMI output. This player is capable of up converting an existing 480p into 720p and 1080i, and also outputs 1024x768 VGA signal.

I connect the player to the Sony HDTV (30") 16:9 monitor using a HDMI - DVI cable. So far i experienced a bit of freeze when playing Crouching tiger hidden dragon.

Any experience on HDMI players.. and does anyone know when Panasonic HDMI S97S be available..?

    thanks

    Sd5960

I have the SD5960 and I use a HDMI to DVI cable to connect to my TV. I have not had any problems and the picture looks great.
