Any Thoughts/Users of the Panasonic TH-50PX500U

I am leaning towards this TV. Local Magnolia dealer has it for $5100. I can find it online for $3700 and may try to get Sears to price match but I doubt they will go for it. Worth a try though.

Panasonic plasmas have produced the best blacks for a long time. Arguably, along with the new Pioneers, Panasonics are the benchmark for all around performance.

    Thanks for the input.
It's down to $4400 at Crutchfield. I think I'll wait till after Sep. 1st and see what happens.
