Denon Receiver Question

I have a couple questions on my new Denon 3805 for denon owners who have already done all the experimenting.

1. Which sounds better, Dolby Digital Ex or Prologic llx , I have all the 7.1 speakers in place.

2. Should the Multi lite be on even though I never use any of the extra zones or speaker B ?

3.Should the crossover frequency be set to 80hz

1. We're not sitting where you are so you tell us which sounds better to you.

2.Dont know.

3. You tell us since we dont know what speakers your on. Most the time all your speakers shpuld be set to small and 80 is a good place to start. Now if your talking about SACD or DVD-A,thats another question as the answer might be different.
