While having some maintance done on my VSX1015TX ie; speaker protector, 1 pre amp
rca jack, I asked the guy to test it up to clipping, which he did untill the breaker tripped.
The 3 front channels came out at 141wpc, the surrounds were not done, at my request.
At an advertised output of 120wpc, it's nice to get what you pay for, and then some for
once. This has been a very nice unit in 14 months of major sessions of very loud playing,
and long hours of being powered up, driving various amps. A well spent $370. It
also performs it's home theater duties very well.
